The Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education (Board) having reported to the Supreme Court the names of the attorneys who have failed to comply with the mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) requirement for one or more of the compliance-reporting years from 2011 through 2019, or to have demonstrated that they are entitled to an exemption from the CLE requirements Īnd the Board having given notice to each such attorney that unless all CLE requirements were met and the attorney's compliance reported, the attorney’s name would be published in the New Jersey Law Journal together with an Order of the Court declaring the attorney ineligible to practice law Īnd good cause appearing IT IS ORDERED that each attorney whose name appears on the attached Ineligible List shall be ineligible to engage in the practice of New Jersey law, effective Novemand it is further Order of Attorney Ineligibility for CLE Noncompliance New Jersey Law Journal - NJLJ_Ineligibles list_NovemAttorneys and In-House Counsel Ineligible for CLE Noncompliance
